The goals of the HR industry more often than not include making employee health, engagement, and well-being priorities of the business. In the footsteps of this mission, LifeWorks launched a campaign that highlighted industry giants discussing key HR points of improvement, such as benefit programs and how to streamline better for the company and employees alike. The result hopes to a "happier, healthier, and productive work environment".
Within the campaign, LifeWorks emphasizes their leading total well-being solution, offering a complete suite of tech-enabled services to help employees’ manage financial, social, mental and physical health. As businesses continue to struggle to engage and provide employees with a robust well-being program, LifeWorks stands out as a leader in the space, giving employers the tools needed to provide a healthy work environment, boosting engagement and retention of top talent.
The print component of “Employee Well-Being” was distributed within USA Today in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Washington DC/Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Boston with a circulation of approximately 250,000 copies and an estimated readership of 750,000. In addition, it was distributed at several industry-focused conferences, including The National Business Group on Health’s Workforce Strategy Conference, Health Enhancement Resource Organizations annual forum, The HRSouthwest Conference and the Health & Benefits leadership conference. The digital component is distributed nationally, through a vast social media strategy, and across a network of top news sites and partner outlets.
