Morocco is one of the key target markets for Ubiflow, the France-based online ad marketing and listing syndication company, says CEO Antoine Krier.
“2016 is the year of Morocco for Ubiflow,” he told Property Portal Watch ahead of the PPW conference in Madrid.
“The Moroccan platform is now up and running for any estate agent or property developer to join and the main Moroccan portals have been supportive of the platform since day one.”
Ubiflow has several key services targetted at the online property sector.
The main service is listing syndication which is offered to any real estate agent or property developer. Ubiflow also outsources feed services where the company takes over every service related to data feed management and provides development, set-up, client training and support as well as scalable maintenance.
It also has a new ad platform open to all players in countries where the market is expressing a demand, such as Morocco.
Krier says emerging and established markets are changing, and so technology must inherently change with them.
“Ubiflow has always been at the cutting edge of technology and we are still investing in R&D,” he said.
“Our R&D engineers have designed a unique technology that allows our platform to merge several data sources in order to bring an enriched data-feed to every connected business while keeping the data copyrights protected for every source. We intend to deliver the same level of service we have in France on every market Ubiflow is present.”
Krier says his company is keen to use the Madrid event to form new industry allegiances.
“We want to make the portals aware of our new platform offering to the industry and initiate or formalise partnerships,” he said.
“We will launch platforms on new territories or implement existing or developing platforms like Belgium, Italy, Spain, Morocco and Latin America.
“We provide a competitive pricing for portals as well as premium quality acknowledged by the industry.”
