Move Inc. has been awarded the “Best Socialized” enterprise-level business.
At Digiday’s annual social advertising, media and marketing contest, the SAMMY Awards, the judges recognised Move for increasing – by 149 percent in one year – its Realtor.com Facebook page following.
The strategy so successfully used, makes Realtor.com content, including real estate listings, easily shared to social networks – Realtor.com users can log in to the site using their Facebook accounts.
The company says it reaches more than 6 million Twitter users each month and Realtor’s YouTube Channel has racked up more than 430,000 viewings.
The Realtor.com Facebook page features promotions and content that informs as well as encourages interaction.
The company’s policy is to directly answer any customer questions posted on Facebook and the page is moderated 9 ’til 5 every weekday by a “Chief Facebook Officer” who publishes content including new product announcements.
