Market-leading Peruvian property portals Urbania and Adondevivir are seeing traffic levels around 20% up on those seen before the impact of the pandemic according to an interview given by Navent Executive Director for Peru, Hernán de Ponti. Both of the Navent-owned portals are experiencing the same pent up demand seen elsewhere in the world as Peruvians return to the market and reassess their living situation, thanks to which the two portals expect to recoup pandemic losses incurred through discounts by the end of Q1 2021.
In an interview with Peruvian newspaper Gestión, de Ponti revealed that the traffic numbers are mirrored by the number of listings coming to the portals which will both reportedly undergo something of a user experience redesign in the coming weeks.
Navent acquired property portal Urbania along with job portal Aptitus back in September 2019, and although Aptitus has been merged with its existing Peruvian job portal Bumeran, the company has no plans to do likewise with its two national property brands Adondevivir and Urbania.
