The new property search from landsofamerica.com is making use of Google Maps to show users exactly where their new lake house would be situated.
The new Google Maps search at lakehousesofamerica.com allows users to find properties by location, price, and acreage size. Like Google Maps’ own real estate search, results are displayed in a panel on the left, and a pop-up window at each listing location links back to the property details page.
landsofamerica.com partner manager Frank Rodriguez says this is the first lake house search platform in the industry to utilise Google Maps.
landsofamerica.com was established eight years ago and has grown into a network of over 350 websites encompassing all 50 US states. A statement from the website explains that listings on lakehousesofamerica.com will show up on this network of websites and on partner websites such as fieldandstream.com and outdoorlife.com.
“Our network receives over 2.3 million monthly visitors, and is what truly differentiates our lake house platform from all of the others,” says Jake Massengale, landsofamerica.com’s CEO.
