New Zealand Media and Entertainment (NZME) is causing a rumble in the property market, with its all-in-one-site offering services to buyers, sellers, owners, and renters alike.
The Kiwi media company plans on launching OneRoof, in the New Year. The new digital platform promises to be packed with data and information which users need to make better-informed property decisions.
The company, which also publishes the New Zealand Herald and nzherald.com.nz, recognized that the market currently does not have one specific source where people can find listings, insight, data, and content – all useful in the process of buying, selling, renting out or leasing a property.
The company believes that OneRoof will be a gamechanger in the industry; providing a great source of tailor-made information for its users, as well as offering its real estate agents a platform to better connect with potential buyers. The new portal promises to also cater to renters, enabling them to apply for tenancies directly via OneRoof.
OneRoof will build on NZME’s strong property resources, such as Herald Homes, and is backed by the company’s 3.3 million Kiwi user network.
