Spanish property portal Nuroa has launched its new simplified searching tool which allows users to find the ideal property easier than ever. Searching for a property can be tedious and time consuming at times, especially if the user cannot define a specific area where he/she is looking for a property. Sometimes typing in the neighbourhood or looking at a map is not sufficient.
Nuroa has created a tool that, from the map tab, allows users to draw with a mouse (or finger if using a tablet) a perimeter in the area where they wish to find an ideal home. Unlike some other map-drawing search features, Nuroa allows for multiple zone drawing capability, so users can browse through multiple districts simultaneously.
Once the search area is defined, Nuroa displays only the properties available in the selected area. The speed of the process also represents a significant technological improvement. Now the system allows users to search, in record time, from thousands of ads anywhere in the world.
In case user should wish to share their selections with a friend, the URL of the search can be easily copied and pasted in order to be forwarded on.
Nuroa aimed to create a tool which represents a true technological breakthrough, unique in Europe, which improves the user experience, simplifies the navigation and replaces the old rectangular searching tool, which can be less accurate.
