Engineering practice Peter Brett Associates (PBS) has implemented a new e-Recruitment infrastructure using cloud software Eploy. The move comes in response to an increase in resource requirements, and PBA’s in-house recruitment team could no longer manage spreadsheets and email alone.
As an independent practice of engineers, planners, scientists, and economists delivering major development and infrastructure projects across the globe, PBA needs to recruit experienced hires for specialist roles as well as manage the volume of applications generated by its graduate and apprenticeship programmes.
Having researched the e-Recruitment market, PBA felt Eploy’s cloud based Applicant Tracking System & Recruitment CRM provided the best fit for their requirements.
The new system, fully integrated into the PBA company website provides online recruitment not only for directly sourced candidates but also features a simple to use Agency Portal.
