Leader in talent relationship marketing, Phenom People, has recently finished their series B funding round that has granted the company room for further growth on a worldwide scale, expansion of their employee base, to accumulate more major enterprise clients, and more. The firm has also just completed their two-day IAMPHENOM Conference in Philadelphia with attendance numbers in the hundreds.

During the second quarter, Phenom People welcomed several high-profile clients, such as: American National Insurance Company, national provider of insurance products; Children’s Health, one of the top children’s hospitals in the country; CUNA Mutual Group, insurance and investment company for personal and commercial use; intraFUSION, national healthcare management company; Kohl’s, well-known national chain retailer; Life Time, provider of health and fitness centers; RentPath, leading digital marketing solutions company; Smile Brands, dental support organization with 15-plus dental brands; Southwest Airlines, commercial flight provider.
Latest Features and Upgrades
Phenom People released several new features and product updates, including:
- Chatbot Program: Allows candidates to search for jobs, ask questions and receive answers about the company, and receive personalized job recommendations.
- Content Management Drag and Drop: When adding or editing pages, users can utilize the intuitive drag and drop functionality
- Candidate Relationship Management Global Search: Users have a single search bar to find any information in the system, including jobs, candidates, skills, locations, tags, and employees within seconds.
- Internal Mobility Referral Dashboard: Employees can now view and filter their referrals based on their statuses using the dashboard. This information can be viewed down to the source level as well (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Email, etc.).
In the second quarter of 2018, Phenom People received recognition from several reputable organizations. In May, the company was named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces. In June, Phenom People’s CEO, Mahe Bayireddi, was named by Comparably as Best CEO for Diversity and Women. In July, the company received national certification as a Great Workplace by Great Place to Work.
