Philippines: Popular Cebu job site Mynimo.com gets a fresh revamp

A major job marketplace leader in the Philippines, Mynimo's recent face-lift is designed for a stronger user experience.

Since its launch in 2007, Mynimo.com has quietly evolved from being Cebu’s most used job site to one of the country’s leading job portals. It is also included in the list of  Philippines’s leading startups according to Forbes PH. Not bad for a business that started in a  backyard, which remains independent and self-funded to this day.

The company focuses on two major things: first, making local job openings more visible, and second, creating a site that’s easier for everyone to navigate. These are the reasons why Mynimo.com is such a hit among its users, and now, their website is a major contender in the national job portal arena.

Thinking Big while Acting Locally

In the past, Metro Manila was the only location for most job listings. But due to the increasing cost of living and the seemingly endless traffic congestion, Filipino jobseekers have become reluctant to move.
