Luxembourg real estate marketplace Wortimmo has partnered with ListGlobally out of the recent Property Portal Watch (PPW) Conference in Bangkok and plans to announce a second signed deal in September.
For global listing network ListGlobally, a valued PPW sponsor, the latest announcement brings the number of new partnerships the June conference helped facilitate for it to four.
ListGlobally director of business development Geoffroy Reiser says the company will power Wortimmo Luxembourg’s new international section.
“Also, we will partner to broadcast luxury listings from Wortimmo.lu exclusively on the ListGlobally network,” Reiser told PPW before heading off on a much-deserved holiday.
For its part Régie Immobiliere, which operates Wortimmo adds its users will now have the option of searching for investment properties from all over the world via the new “international” section.
Managing Director Thomas Gohm says the two deals made in Bangkok represent the first partnerships Régie Immobiliere has formed at a PPW conference.
And he says he is already registered for the upcoming conference in Madrid.
“We are constantly on the search for new possibilities, new interesting technologies,” Gohm enthuses.
“A platform like Property Portal Watch’s Conferences is optimally suitable for this kind of search.
“Not only do you meet interesting companies which you can get in touch with, but there is also an exchange with competitors from many different markets.
“This kind of conference really does give our business a real increase in value for our daily work.
“We are looking forward to announcing a second partnership we signed out of the PPW conference in Bangkok,” he adds. “I think we’ll be ready to communicate this mid-September.”
Wortimmo’s offer comprises the latest technologies available on all devices complemented by dedicated pages in the Luxemburger Wort, which makes sense as the leading newspaper was one of the portal’s founders in 2014.
Gohm says the large number of available properties for rent and sale allows Wortimmo to present potential buyers and tenants with an overview of real estate market conditions in Luxembourg including indicative prices by square metre.
It also provides further information about regulation, legal and fiscal issues, finance, construction and renovation among other property-related areas of interest.
Searches of the Wortimmo database can be saved and combined with automatic free email alerts for new properties and real estate brokers can be contacted with “just a couple of clicks”.
Gohm joined the team in October 2015 after working with the REA Group’s portal in Luxemburg for almost 10 years. He says the Wortimmo’s vision is to become an optimal solution and alternative to the market leader in Luxemburg.
“We want Wortimmo.lu to be an alternative that can cover the complete range of marketing activities for its customers in web and print,” he says.
“For sure we are also looking forward to become the strongest player in the market.”
