Australian real estate portal, Homely.com.au, has just launched the beta of a new product for agents and property managers.

Called Homely Instant List, the product allows real estate professionals an easy way to start marketing properties as soon as a property owner is ready to lease or sellon Homely’s platform and app.

Homely Instant List Hero

Adam Spencer, Co-Founder/Co-CEO of homely.com.au, said:

“We’re excited to get this into the hands of many agents at the beta testing stage. We hope to capture mass amounts of data and constructive feedback from agents and property managers using Instant List in real-time in the field.”

Agents who attended Transform 2021 were able to test the product before its country-wide launch.

Spencer explained:

“By thoroughly testing the product and welcoming feedback at a grand scale we can make  any necessary fixes and adjustments before we officially take it to the market to ensure  Instant List is the best pre-market listing tool out there.”

When it comes to the marketing aspect of the product, Homely Instant List allows for real estate professionals to upload and create unique visual marketing products like videos, photos, and floor plans.

The ultimate draw-in with this product is its ability to bring in potential renters and buyers weeks and even months before the official marketing begins.

David Webb, Homely’s Head of Industry, said:

“So far agents who’ve trialed Instant List love rolling out additional marketing during the pre-market stage of their campaigns while all the extras are prepared. And their vendors are wrapped to see their home is promoted live on  Homely so quickly, as fast as within five minutes, after signing the authority to list.”

Homely Instant List automatically notifies those interesting in buying or renting who have Homely property alerts on with criteria that match the listings.

“It’s a fantastic listing tool that helps agents stand out from the competition by going that extra mile to kick-start the marketing of their vendor’s property from the very moment they win the listing.”
