Gruber tells PPW Properati is using chatbots to increase the rates of conversation on its landing pages and to connect leads with realtors in real time.
Properati’s new mobile app for sellers, Properati Chat which ensures leads are captured in real time rather than being lost in the ether.
“We know one of the most important variables when closing a sale is to have excellent, fast customer service,” Gruber says.
“In just minutes, a potential buyer’s perception of our enterprise can completely change. So we developed Properati Chat, which provides the option for leads to be converted in real-time through a conversation.”
Gruber says in his presentation at the Madrid conference, delegates will hear more about the company which recently closed $2 million in a new financing round, and see some examples of the ways Properati is using chatbots for real time communication between buyers and sellers.
