Property Network has introduced a market intelligence on home movers; what the company calls a first for the sector. This involves the use of social data such as age, relationship status, family size, likes and interests enriched with property requirements.
The company’s new market intelligence reports provide property advertisers with valuable insights on local consumer behaviour from its 2.8 million community audience. Such insights include recommended incentives, identifying commuting routes, location targeting and seller/landlord profiling.
Sohail Rashid, CEO of Property Network, proclaimed the company’s market intelligence to be the most revolutionary tool to hit the property market in recent years. “We’ve been working on this product tirelessly over the past few months and we’ve created something completely unique and quite frankly, amazing. This new product gives agents the ability to target more efficiently and effectively and in short, get more from all their marketing efforts,” said Rashid.
The reports help agent’s shape both their online and offline marketing. The consumer data is location specific and allows agents to see the profile of instructors coming on to the market. They can then compare their current audience to see how they can either expand their client base or get more of what they’ve got.
Rashid added, “We want to make it easy for property advertisers to reap the benefits that data rich social networks offer. Agents using this product are immediately seeing improved conversions of appointments to instructions and better footfall from offline and online marketing. Agents using this product have a clear advantage over local competitors.”
This is the second tool pioneered by Property Network that harnesses the power of social media data after Community Pages, a feature which users can utilise to gain a better understanding of the area’s personality, from advice of existing local residents or by using the social statistics provided, were successfully introduced to the property sector two months ago.
Property Network is giving new and existing customers a free 30 day trial of its market intelligence reports. An example of a market intelligence report can be seen here.
