The Dubai-based Propertyfinder Group (PFG), one of the leading real estate portal networks of the MENA region, with seven countries under its umbrella, has invested in the Turkish property portal Zingat.com.
Property Finder Group, which has over ten years of experience in the Middle East and North Africa, has bought 16.95 per cent of the Turkish portal;the fastest growing property, and information marketing platform in Turkey, according to the company’s press release.
The founder and CEO of Zingat, Ahmet Kayhan, commented on PFG’s investment in the portal.
“At Zingat our goal is getting consumers together with the right property professionals using the power of data and information,” he said. “We established Zingat at the end of 2015 and officially launched our platform in January 2016. Since then, Zingat has become one of the fastest growing property portals of the world by attracting over 6 million monthly visitors and more than 18,000 real estate agents.”
Michael Lahyani joins Zingat’s Board of Directors
The Founder and CEO of PFG, Michael Lahyani, along with his team, has spent considerable time establishing PFG to be one of the biggest portal network’s in the MENA region. He has now also joined Zingat’s board of Directors and says he’s excited about the new partnership with the Turkish property portal.

Husnu Akhan, the CEO of Doğuş Group, praised PFG’s investment in Zingat, saying it was a positive sign for the Turkish portal, moving forward.
