Proptech company WiredScore has successfully entered the North Rhine-Westphalia market. The company celebrated this at an evening event in the Cologne Harbor Club where digital forerunners in the region presented and the topic of connectivity of office real estate was discussed in a panel.
Sven Aengenvoort, National Director & Team Leader Landlord Representative at JLL, said, “Many users and owners today do not have an adequate overview of their own connectivity potential.” They often lack accurate information about the nature and performance of the Internet or mobile connection in your own building. WiredScore wants to help.
The PropTech has tested and certified two properties in Cologne with regard to their digital infrastructure. The KölnTurm of the Canadian real estate investor Dream Global REIT, which is located in MediaPark, was the first building in North Rhine-Westphalia to be awarded. In addition, the property Kaiser Hof, which is currently being built by the project development company Art-Invest Real Estate, has been awarded the highest WiredScore certification level in Platinum. “Both buildings comply with state-of-the-art standards and take the connectivity needs of tenants into account in the digital age,” said Sebastian Seehusen, Director of Germany at WiredScore.
