Australian property portal giant, Realestate.com.au, has begun the second season of its video series, How To Home Loan, starring comedian Jess Harris. The campaign is now live on the real estate company's First Home Buyers Hub platform.

Season two of the tongue-in-cheek educational campaign will highlight the realities of buying a home and the everyday challenges faced by first home buyers. It follows on from the first season and picks up on Harris’ home purchasing journey. Harris both writes and stars in the show.

“The How to Home Loan campaign targets women just like myself with a storyline I hope they can relate to and have a laugh at, and practical advice from the professionals to help empower them when it comes to making property and financial decisions,” said Harris.

Each episode will focus on a different theme, with the overall goal to help first home buyers feel more in control during the process, said REA Group General Manager Eloise Wall.

“The message we want to share with first home buyers is that if you’re overwhelmed or if you haven’t been successful straight away, don’t be disheartened.

“Buying a home can be really tough, but there are lots of opportunities and different options first-time buyers can explore to get into the property market. Our role at realestate.com.au is to help Australians on that journey,” said Wall.
