UK-based real estate asset management company, Recept Asset Management Ltd, has signed an agreement with LEVERTON to resell its artificial intelligence technology. Recept will add value by offering its customers strategic planning, system and process design, data set customisation, implementation and technical support to the LEVERTON platform.
LEVERTON’s data extraction and management platform demonstrates material cost savings and enables investors and corporations alike to achieve data transparency and take control of their information.
Richard Belgrave (Managing Director, UK) of LEVERTON, referring to Recept’s founders said, “We are delighted to be working with Peter and Stephen. Their combined experience will greatly assist potential clients to implement and configure our software for specific business needs and to maximise the benefits of using our unique AI solution.”
Whether an owner or an occupier, data accuracy is critical and has to date depended on leases being read internally, or by lawyers or managing agents. That is a manual, time-consuming process, prone to errors, and captures a relatively small set of information.
LEVERTON’s deep learning software enables a swift and error free reading of critical property documents, to extract data and upload that to management, accounting and valuation systems.
The AI employed by LEVERTON allows its software to learn from every lease that it reads and the abstracted data is automatically linked to lease clauses and the platform’s inbuilt search functions make the pursuit for information quicker and easier.
Stephen Spooner (Director) of Recept said, “The property industry has always struggled to supply modern management or analytical tools with its critical information in a reliably accurate and timely manner because it depended on fallible humans interpreting lengthy, complex documents. From the first time I saw this product in operation I knew I was looking at the future and I am very excited to bring that future to the market.”
Founded in 2012, LEVERTON helps global corporation and investment firms to increase efficiency and transparency of their data & document management.
Recept Asset Management Ltd was founded by Peter Clarke and Stephen Spooner, and it has asset managed all types of property; from small high street shops to central London offices; from public houses to regional shopping centres.
