Leading Scottish property portal, s1homes.com has launched a new TV ad campaign, which is sure to catch viewers’ attention.
The ad, developed by the Leith Agency and produced by Green Room Films, focuses on the idea that looking for a property to buy or rent on the new s1homes site is ‘Good Looking’. It will run on STV and Channel 4 and will be supported by significant digital and press activity.
The new campaign comes on the back of a site re-design earlier in the year which is reported to have delivered four times more enquiries to agents and a 25% increase in page views.
Wendy Pauley, s1 Marketing Director, said: “The brief was to develop an ad which would stand out against other property ads and prompt a reaction among the audience, which would ultimately lead to more enquiries for our agents. We think we’ve achieved this with our ‘Good Looking’ campaign and it’s great to have injected a bit of humour back into the s1homes brand.”
Brian Coane, Partner at The Leith said: “The idea behind the ‘Good Looking’ campaign is simple. Some things are just plain ‘bad looking’ but looking for a place to buy or rent on s1homes is easy. So the advertising makes a light-hearted comparison to get the message across.”
