Travel meta-search Momondo, a travel site with a collection of free services which helps users plan their travels, has partnered with SunnyRentals.com, one of the leading global web portals for holiday rentals, to offer a one-stop-shop for holiday rentals, plus flights and car hire – for those who prefer a private apartment, house or villa stay.
Travellers who would rather book a private holiday home over a hotel will be able to search over 100,000 properties in 62 countries on Momondo.co.uk, ranging from one to ten bedrooms in size. The site also showcases a number of featured properties, special for their unique architecture or exceptional value.

Being able to search in one place, for flights and accommodation, for a holiday or weekend stay, makes life a lot easier. From a recent survey, SunnyRentals.com found that trips abroad will almost always be cheaper if travelling in groups. Momondo is a Danish initiative founded by experienced people from the travel industry and skilled programmers with a passion for new technology, travelling the world and meeting new people. The site was launched in September 2006 as a flight search engine only. Today the site has introduced city guides, become multilingual and added hotel and car rental search as well.
