The Association of Dental Clinics BQDC has launched a website for jobs, especially for those who want to work in the dentistry sector and for clinics that are searching for professionals that fit a specific profile.
“We seek ways to contribute to the improvement of the profession, so we try to contribute our bit so that young people can find a job, always within the framework of quality in which our partners work”, explained Xavier Romea, manager of the association.
“We try to contribute our grain of sand so that young people can find a job, always within the framework of quality in which our partners work”
The idea of creating this portal arose in response to the curriculums that the potential dentists receive from all the professional profiles that make up the day-to-day care in a dentistry. “The web space becomes a virtual meeting point where those seeking their first job or new employment opportunities can specify their demands and the associated clinics also access to find the profiles they need,” explained Romea.
Current;y, 50 clinics make up the BQDC association, with 40 of them in Spain and 10 in Portugal, around which some 800 jobs are related. Hence the commitment to this platform, “the curricula are thus systematized, but we also want to give the possibility of validating them with face-to-face meetings, in addition to becoming part of a job bank by provinces”, concluded Romea.
