booli.se has just launched its free app for iPhone, allowing its audience to search a database of over 310,000 homes. Rightmove Overseas is reporting a 15 percent increase in searches in May, with a new partnership boosting interest in Poland. The website says 56.2 percent of indexed locations saw increases in searches in May, while 43.7 percent saw decreases. Poland made it into the top 20 countries for the first time, with searches increasing by 248 percent after Rightmove Overseas began listing properties from Polish real estate website morizon.pl. iproperty.com.sg is claiming first place in the Singapore market based on figures from Google Analytics and comScore. Latin American portal network VivaReal recently unveiled new social features, including the option for users to add Facebook comments to listings. The VivaReal network sees over 1 million people visiting each month, with over half of its traffic coming from Brazil - the ninth largest country in terms of Facebook users. Following on from Digital Property Group's claim that findaproperty.com is second in the UK market based on comScore figures, zoopla.co.uk has released Nielsen statistics that place it in front of findaproperty.com. Both sets of figures show a surge in visits to property portals in May, after DPG, zoopla.co.uk and market leader rightmove.co.uk ran spring marketing campaigns. The Nielsen statistics have rightmove.co.uk up 7.6 percent year-on-year to a May total of 3.45 million unique visitors - a contrast to the 6.6 million recorded by comScore.
