InDriver is not among the ride-hailing apps that include Grab Car, MiCab, Hype, and Hirna recognized by the LTFRB as legitimate and licensed to engage in transportation network vehicle service operation in the country.
VavaCars process is simple. The car owner visits the website enters their car details and receives an instant, free valuation with an invitation to book an appointment at the VavaCars purchase centre where the deal is concluded within 45 minutes.
The app operates as a mediator between customers and all possible car service providers. Whether it is towing trucks, roadside assistance vans, dealerships, garages, portable car washes, or even car rental offices.

Through this new partnership the Alibaba mobility platform, Banma Network Technology, will be used to create a connected car operating system and will be used to increase online technology throughout the industry according to the two companies.
