Sending an email to Uber's support isn't always the best means of contacting the ride-hailing giant, should there be a scary or infuriating event which warrants getting in touch with the company. A new ruling by a federal appeals court in an Arizona case has concluded that anonymous online comments about employers, and others, may not be as anonymous as we were once led to believe.
