Latin American real estate marketplace VivaReal has now passed the milestone of 1 million visitors per month, and has a new partner in niche social network boomersabroad.com.
VivaReal explains that approximately half of its traffic is coming from its Brazilian offering at vivareal.com.br. The website adds its Columbian website has seen over 200,000 visitors in the last 30 days, while January’s lead numbers have increased by over 50 percent
The partnership with boomersabroad.com – an online network for baby boomers from the US and Canada looking to live overseas – will see VivaReal’s listing search integrated with the social network.
“I have watched VivaReal’s growth over that last couple years and it has been impressive,” says boomersabroad.com founder Luis Miranda. “boomersabroad.com looks forward to sustaining a business relationship that ads value to our community.”
VivaReal operates websites covering Brazil, Mexico and Colombia as well as a US-based website for the Spanish-speaking population. The company also runs a portal at vivareal.net with sale and rental listings across 20 Latin American countries. Basic listings are free, however VivaReal launched a set of paid listing packages at the start of 2010.
