International property brokerage Tranio.com has launched German and Spanish language websites to complement the Russian, English and Persian versions that have proved successful in recent years.
Visitors to the German and Spanish sites can scroll through thousands of listings from Tranio.com’s global online catalogue and stay up-to-date with the latest offerings from an expansive network of leading international real estate agencies and partners.
Both the German and Spanish websites will feature articles about investment strategies, property evaluations, due diligence, tax structuring, mortgage financing, residency permits, programs, and other issues of concern to investors with interests in foreign real estate.
George Kachmazov, the managing partner at Tranio.com, says that Spain and Germany are major markets for the company at the moment.
“We make about 50% of all of our sales in those two countries, and we see huge potential for further development there,” Kachmazov says. “Not only is there a great deal of income potential for both local markets; many German and Spanish speaking clients from Spain and Latin America are interested in acquiring property abroad. That’s why we’ve decided to create and promote the German and Spanish sites – for our local partners and clients in these countries, as well as for people who speak these two languages and are interested in overseas property investments.”
Germany and Spain accounted for a total of 80,000 unique visits to Tranio.com in 2016 and the portal’s catalogue consists of more than 100,000 listings in 66 countries represented by some 700 foreign agencies and developers.
