British estate agent Haart has launched a product that they claim can get properties ready to be transacted despite all the restrictions the country is suffering due to the coronavirus. Named, somewhat cheekily, ‘Off Market’ the service uses a technology called ‘FLINK’ to market a vendors property on social media.
According to the marketing for this new service, Off Market lets you:
"virtually meet your agent and potential buyer all from the safety of your own home."
The tech being used can reportedly tap into data from google and facebook to identify potential buyers and then market a user’s home directly to them on those platforms.
With agent dissatisfaction with major portals in the UK market seemingly at an all-time high, Haart will be hoping that FLINK technology proves to be a new avenue for the industry to bypass portal marketing services or at least to supplement their marketing efforts.
