CEO Matthew Sanders of Zoek, one of the UK’s fastest growing new job boards, continues to invest into vast nationwide marketing campaigns to boost brand exposure of the intelligent job matching site/app, featuring a staggering 640% growth in live job content in less than one year.

As a serial entrepreneur, Matthew previously sold his £750m turnover recruitment outsourcing specialist business, de Poel, in a vendor-led management buyout to Bain Capital. This successful MBO paved the way for Zoek’s business to blossom, now attracting over 3.5m visitors which have generated over 8.7m job searches on their website/app.

Faster, Smarter Hiring, with zoek.uk

Zoek’s free to use job board truly is making its mark across the country against long established industry players, with frequent sightings of their brand building campaigns across top UK cities including Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool, Glasgow, London and Sheffield.

As part of their budding sales and marketing activity, Zoek are quickly capturing the attention of key audiences – employers, recruitment agencies and active job seekers - through a wide range of outdoor advertisements, digital promotions and ATS partnerships.

Supported by a dedicated team of professionals, these investments have resulted in rapidly rising job listings, having gone from just 27,000 jobs in November 2018, to over 200,000 in September 2019.

Zoek shows no signs of taking its foot off the pedal in the run up to 2020, offering free unlimited job advertising until the 1st of January whereby they will be knocking it up a gear by introducing a new affordable ‘paid for’ service model following the success of the job board service provided.

George Hurlin, Head of Sales at Zoek, commented:

“The astronomical growth of Zoek over this very short period of time has had a fantastic impact on Employers and Jobseekers alike. With a new platform focused around matching Candidates to Employers vacancies, based on key skills and experiences, Zoek has brought game changing technology to job hunting.”

Zoek Job Search, attracting top talent

Zoek’s prominent Pin logo is popping up all around the UK this Autumn, promoting the intelligent job matching site/app throughout many modes of public transport including National Rail train panels, Metrolink tram interiors, and city bus rears.

In addition, you’ll spot advertisements across hundreds of digital screens throughout towns and shopping centres, as well as motorway services billboards; enticing prospective job seekers to register on Zoek and match up their skills to relevant job vacancies, submitting multiple job applications.

What’s more, Zoek are due to unveil 10 fully branded trucks (HGV’s) which will be out on the roads, up and down the country for the next 12 months, helping to reinforce brand awareness.

Candidate attraction is further enhanced by Zoek’s TV advert airing on the ITV Network throughout numerous prime time slots. All in all, there has never been a better time for hiring managers to get in touch with the team to start posting their job adverts and discover better quality matched candidates.

Matthew Sanders, CEO of Zoek, commented: “I am really proud of what we have achieved so far and can’t wait to see where we are in twelve months’ time, hopefully the UK’s largest Job Site.”
