In some non-pandemic related news today, up and coming Ukrainian property portal address.ua is reporting some significant numbers on its journey to challenge incumbent big-boys OLX and Lun.ua.

Some of the numbers reported in today’s press release:

  • Kievgorstroy (the largest developer in the country) reported that 9.6% of its leads came from Address.ua

  • Revenue is up 90% YoY

  • Of 3000 leads generated by the portal, 17.5% went on to buy a property

If substantiated, these figures indicate a very positive future for the company which is looking to grow exponentially over the rest of the year through “non-organic growth, market redistribution and more efficient lead generation.”

Ukraine as a market is not yet saturated by property portals and “developers are struggling harder to reach their consumers” according to today’s press release.

We’ll continue to keep you posted on developments in the Ukrainian market here at Online Marketplaces.
