Eduity, LLC, is preparing to launch the beta of its online job mapping tool, which will be free for usage. This new and revolutionary software provides an innovative method of delivering the right skills to the right people, by the right people, just when it’s needed.
Workforce is the number one issue in today’s economy. Many great jobs go unfilled, while too many people remain under-employed or out of the workforce.
Job-mapping closes the gap between what employers need and what people can do.
“The key is to tap into employees’ knowledge, which is why we’ve created a social platform,” said Dr. Greg Laudeman, Eduity’s Executive Officer and Founder, “so those closest to the work can help identify the jobs, the gaps, and the overlaps.”
Job-mapping is being developed in Chattanooga by Eduity but will be marketed nationally. The initial market includes agencies, associations, and institutions that need detailed, actionable information about workforce requirements in their communities.
“Job mapping can save everyone a lot of time, money, and headaches,” said Dr. Laudeman, “especially as labor markets tighten and technology races forward.”
