Provider of leading recruiting tech platform for employer and search firm partnership, BountyJobs, Inc., has recently announced a new collaborative effort with SkillSurvey, the cloud-based reference checking and health care credential provider.
This Strategic Partnership with SkillSurvey is part of a BountyJobs led initiative to pursue innovation in Talent Acquisition by building a network of like-minded technology providers, focused on improving the way companies recruit, attract and retain talent.
The technology created by SkillSurvey gives employers the ability to obtain faster and better quality data on their job candidates’ past performance through its patented online reference checking and digital peer referencing technology for healthcare. This data-driven approach provides hiring managers with detailed reports they can use to make better hiring decisions from the start.
“Our partnership with SkillSurvey is an exciting one as the technology developed aligns with the BountyJobs mission,” said Stacey Steiger, Vice President of Product and Marketing at BountyJobs. “Supporting employers with key data when making critical hiring decisions is core to the BountyJobs platform as it is with SkillSurvey.”
The new relationship, which marries data-driven hiring solutions and traditional talent acquisition, creates an innovative approach for employers when making critical hires.
“SkillSurvey is passionate about discovering an individual’s skills and traits and we’re eager to share our technology to help more employers see the dramatic impact consistent, automated referencing can have in hiring the right talent,” said Michelle Reed, Chief Marketing Officer at SkillSurvey. “We’re pleased to partner with BountyJobs as their one of a kind technology platform provides organizations another innovative tool to help companies improve their hiring through their robust network of recruiters.”
