What this translates into is an instantaneous integration of all necessary technologies into a single all-in-one solution. Emerson can handle everything from social recruiting and candidate relationship management to mobile recruiting and search engine optimization.
When a prospective candidate is identified, Emerson automatically creates a new contact file and then tracks every conversation in a single system of record. Emerson guides candidates across the critical touchpoints in the recruiting process, and the AI engages the candidates in real time question and answer sessions. Based on intelligence gained through those interviews Emerson can then screen the interested candidates and fast-track the priority talent, alerting actual recruiters to take over the conversation in real time.
Once the best leads have been identified, Emerson then automates every element of candidate interview scheduling, from sending meeting invitations and synching calendars, to issuing follow-up notes after that first meeting with a recruiter. Not a bad assistant to have, virtual or not.
