Rakuten Lifull Stay, a Japanese-based vacation rental service provider, has recently announced that VacationStay, it's vacation rental and booking site has entered a partnership with Beds24, a channel manager.

The Rakuten Group company said its booking site was partnering with one of the world’s leading channel managers, which is operated by MPK Systems Ltd. It marks the first time that VacationStay has partnered with a global channel manager to date.

Beds24 is an all-in-one cloud service that is linked to major OTAs and utilized by vacation rental and accommodation providers in more than 130 countries around the world.

It offers a wide range of features, including a channel manager through which sales channels can be managed centrally, as well as a property management system where bookings, room prices and payments can be efficiently managed. The service handles a diverse range of properties including hotels, hostels and alternative accommodations like vacation rentals.

Beds24 also offers functions that are suitable for agencies that manage multiple properties.

As a result of the system partnership, property managers and their agents who use Beds24 in Japan will soon be able to list their properties on VacationStay and its partner accommodation booking sites, including Rakuten Travel. This will ensure they can market their properties more broadly and operate and manage them more efficiently, with full registration of properties required.
