Vangst Talent Network has launched Vangsters, claiming to be the largest digital platform, created to centralize the job search by effectively connecting talent with cannabis employers.
Vangst created the Vangsters platform to connect the cannabis industry. In just thirty days since its ‘soft launch’ at Vangst’s Colorado Career Fair, Vangsters has seen 5,000 job seekers complete profiles on their platform in anticipation of its formal launch. Vangsters currently has 40 cannabis companies signed up, and once live, job seekers will have immediate access to over 100 jobs posted on the platform’s job board.
Candidates who set up a profile on Vangsters have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of jobs, including cultivators, extractors, budtenders, packagers, sales reps, store managers and more. Employers who are unhappy with typical job board postings are able to choose from Vangsters’ vast network of applicants in order to find the perfect fit for their company.
“To say we’re excited is an understatement. This is what the cannabis industry has been waiting for – something to bring employers and employees together in a simple, user-friendly way,” said Karson Humiston, founder and CEO of Vangst Talent Network. “Our platform takes cannabis job searching to a whole new level.”
