Visionlab has been a Robotics client since 2013, when an advanced access management system using facial biometric recognition technology, using rxF terminals, was implemented in its Madrid headquarters. In January 2017, Visionlab decided to entrust to Robotics also the Time Management and Cost Control for its 700 employees distributed in 150 centers throughout Spain.
Previously, Robotics – an independent software company specializing in the design and implementation of solutions for time management and access control in an innovative way for both companies and administrations – detected what were the needs of Visionlab. These went through getting all the information of presence and absenteeism of employees easily to cross it with their payroll program and also needed to automate the sending of reports with presence and absenteeism data and thus obtain annual computation of hours worked versus theoretical hours.

We needed more time to be able to devote to other tasks of greater value.”
The answer was to implement VisualTime, the time management software created, in its entirety, by Robotics, and with features for Time and Presence Management, Reporting Server and Notifications. In addition, they have the Employee Portal VisualTime Portal and, of course, with rxF facial biometric recognition terminals. The VisualTime solution facilitates the work, internal communication and the exchange of information between employees, supervisors and HR managers of Visionlab; thus aligned, objectives and guidelines.

VisualTime Portal is the tool that allows the people in charge of Visionlab to dynamize the processes in the management of their HR and obtain a reduction of global costs, allowing them to perform any operation quickly.
It is the employees of each center who sign up through the Employee Portal and can check their time balances, report forgotten signings, request vacations, report work, consult their calendar, etc. Along with this, the supervisors of each store receive alerts in case they need your intervention.
Among the benefits that VisualTime Portal brings to the company, there is a reduction in the bureaucratic burden, automating processes that previously had to be done manually with the loss of time and costs involved, greatly lightening the HR department. Having as a direct consequence a significant reduction of supervision hours. In addition, it gives the employee autonomy for self-management of part of his time which also has an impact on his productivity and efficiency.
