VivaReal has announced that, it has taken it upon itself to be the first company in Brazil to focus on educating the market about the importance of online marketing. Over the last few months, the company delivered over 20 presentations across Brazil focused on teaching best practices to real estate agents, brokers and construction companies. The events have proven extremely successful averaging over 220 participants in its last 7 events. Topics ranged from international real estate marketing trends to practical tips on how to optimize ads. VivaReal also covered advances in social media and how it affects their business.

“We have compiled data from the thousands of attendees and 97% rate the event as either great or excellent,” according to Mariana Ferronato, Industry Marketing Manager at VivaReal. In a separate poll sampling hundreds of customers, 89% said they would recommend VivaReal to a colleague.
VivaReal prides itself in being a pioneer in Brazil. The company first started this initiative back in 2010 when Diego Simon (VivaReal cofounder) did the first presentation at SECOVI SP, one of Brazil’s largest real estate associations. “The feedback was really positive and it became clear to me that this is something that we should do across the country. With our business expansion, it made sense to expand this initiative. I get a lot of satisfaction by teaching companies how they can grow their business. It is a healthy relationship all around.”
