VadR, the firm that offers visual analytics tools to help manage and analyze data, has been acquired by Gurugram-based HR tech startup Leena AI.
VadR founded in 2016 by 3 IIT Delhi graduates, Apekshit, Abhishek and Shubham offers VR specific metrics and an intelligent open platform, insights from which can help Leena AI improve and strengthen its current offerings.
VadR CEO Apekshit said, “We are very excited to be a part of Leena AI’s journey to solve every HR’s problem and leverage our capabilities to implement results better and continuously improve their capabilities to deliver the best product while making the best product in the industry.”
It was in September 2018 that Leena AI raised $2 Mn seed funding to scale and acquire more customers. The same year, in July the HR Tech startup founded in 2015 got backed by the American seed accelerator, Y Combinator. Co-founder Adit Jain had then shared the startup’s plan to double down on their market leadership in India & APAC (more than 12 paying enterprise customers) and make inroads into the US market.
Founded by Adit Jain, Mayank Goyal and Anand Prajapati, Leena AI is an AI-powered HR Assistant providing instant responses to employee queries and improving the employee experience.
