Starting on Tuesday, October 9th, Whathouse.co.uk is launching a brand new TV advertising campaign on STV. The three-week campaign is aimed at house-hunters across Scotland and aims to establish the What House? brand as the “go-to” name for those looking for new-build homes north of the border.
The new campaign ties in with another deal announced last month, where whathouse.co.uk now exclusively powers the online property search for STV Digital, which runs some of the most popular regional and local news websites in Scotland. The TV campaign is targeted at a broad audience across different time slots in the schedules, including peak times during some of the most-watched programmes, including Coronation Street.
Whathouse.co.uk lists hundreds of new homes developments across Scotland and the rest of the UK and provides daily news, reviews, opinion and buying advice as well as information on property valuation and mortgages that related to new homes and affordable new homes. It also publishes a monthly interactive digital magazine for new homes buyers.
Whathouse.co.uk digital director, Daniel Hill commented: “The What House? name is synonymous with new homes and affordable new homes across the UK, with a decades-long heritage in promoting the benefits of new-build property to consumers in the UK in print and online.
“This new TV campaign, and our role as the solus provider of property search on the prestigious range of STV digital websites, comes after two-and-a-half years of hard work since we re-launched whathouse.co.uk. It’s an exciting opportunity to work with STV to let Scottish homebuyers know how much we have to offer.”
