The Young Business Talents educational program, organized by ABANCA, ESIC, and Herbalife Nutrition, begins its enrollment period to look for young people with entrepreneurial talent. Through this "Business Game", participants will have to demonstrate their knowledge in economics with the use of business simulators, to win the title of the best virtual entrepreneur in Spain.

This training program aims to enrich the didactic activity in the classroom by introducing the practice with the use of an experimental laboratory. For this, it is given free of charge to the teaching management simulation centers developed by the company Praxis MMT and valued at more than €3,000 each.

To participate in the IX edition of Young Business Talents, students in 4th year of the ESO, Baccalaureate, or the vocational training courses of intermediate or higher level of any Spanish teaching center, aged between 15 and 21 years, may Sign up until October 31st. Among the best teams, more than € 14,000 will be distributed in prizes as well as accrediting diplomas.

Once the registration period is over, the national competition will begin in November. In a first phase, young people will have to run their own company on the Internet from their own classrooms, making decisions of all kinds on production, marketing, finance, accounting or human resources, to get the maximum benefit for their companies. The best 100 teams will reach the final phase that will be face-to-face during the month of April 2020 in Madrid, and where they will compete during a day for the coveted title.

“Young people have the opportunity to feel like real managers and live from within business management. Through this unique gamification project, students experience multiple benefits: there is an improvement in their results, it encourages teamwork, motivates them and brings playful factors, while also guiding them towards their future work,” analyzes Mario Martínez, Director of the Young Business Talents educational program.
