ZAP Imóveis Pro, a Facebook community for professionals in the real estate market, has hit 12,000 followers just three months after its launch. News and quite relevant information are disseminated to brokers, real estate agencies and investors that ‘like’ the page.
“ZAP needs to efficiently meet the needs of two distinct audiences. In addition to the Internet user that is interested in renting and buying a property, we also communicate with developers and real estate agencies that see ZAP as the largest website in the country to do business with. That is why we have created this community for real estate professionals,” said Eduardo Schaeffer, Executive Director of ZAP.
The content available on the page, goes from tips on how to succeed in sales and real estate trends, to stories where experts assess market behaviour in face of major sporting events and demonstrations occurring in some Brazilian cities, for example.
Professionals can also follow news about the variation in property prices, sales figures for houses and apartments, the market for luxury and commercial real estates, as well as sales figures for building materials.
In addition to the community for the real estate market professionals, ZAP also has an official fan page on the same social network, which has been breaking records with the number of followers. In January of this year there were about 210,000 ‘likes’ and by August, the page raked in nearly 1 million ‘likes.’
