Zoopla Property Group (ZPG) has today completed the integration of the recently acquired Trinity Mirror Digital Property (TMDP) assets onto its own platform. SmartNewHomes, the UK’s leading new homes website, has been given a significant brand refresh and the website has been re-launched with enhanced functionality.
SmartNewHomes.com now features over 2,600 new home developments from over 250 developers across the UK and will keep its users up to date with information on current deals and incentives available including Government schemes and the latest developer special offers.
In addition to SmartNewHomes, ZPG has also re-launched HomesOverseas.co.uk, a site dedicated to helping UK users find the perfect holiday home abroad, and AlltheAgents.co.uk (formerly Email4property), now the UK’s most comprehensive estate agent and letting agent directory, aimed at helping users find the most suitable local agents for their property needs.
ZPG has been busy integrating all three of these sites simultaneously onto its platform, since its acquisition of TMDP back in August, along with updating the brand identity of each site ahead of its planned marketing investment for these new brands.
ZPG members will now enjoy enhanced and unrivalled exposure across all of the ZPG websites and exclusive partner sites which include The Times, The Telegraph, Independent, Evening Standard, The Daily Mail, Homes & Property, Homes24 and many more.
Alex Chesterman, Founder & CEO of Zoopla Property Group said: “The acquisition of TMDP was part of our wider mission to be the most effective partner to our members. I am pleased with the speed at which we have been able to integrate and re-launch these sites onto our platform and these latest niche brand additions to our stable will allow us to deliver even greater results and exposure to our members.”
