Zoopla Property Group announced that its Founder & CEO, Alex Chesterman, was named as a winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2013 Award for the London & South region at an awards ceremony held in central London.
The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards are considered the world’s most prestigious business award competition for entrepreneurs and celebrates those who are building and leading successful, growing and dynamic businesses. Entrepreneurs are recognised through regional, national and global awards programmes in more than 50 countries.
The awards are based on a number of criteria, including entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, strategic direction and social responsibility and are voted on by a panel of renowned business leaders. As a regional winner, Chesterman will now go forward to compete for the prestigious overall UK Entrepreneur of the Year 2013 Award which will be announced at the annual awards gala held at the Hilton, Park Lane on 7th October, 2013.
