The UK’s Zoopla Property Group will now provide portal marketing services to Badger Holdings, the owner of numerous high street real estate agent brands, in a new multi-year agreement.
The long-term marketing agreement covers 26 branches operated by Badger Holdings under the Townends and Regents Estate Agent brands which are located across West and South West London, Surrey, Middlesex and North Hampshire.
Mark Goddard, Managing Director of ZPG’s Property division, said he was excited about partnering with Badger.
“We are delighted to have agreed to a long-term relationship with Badger Holdings and are looking forward to being their preferred portal marketing partner as they grow their business over the coming years,” Goddard said.
ZPG has a huge presence in the UK property market and owns leading home-related digital platforms including Zoopla, uSwitch, PrimeLocation and Hometrack. Its placement as a property leader was very appealing to Badger Holdings’ CEO Nick Dunning when considering the deal.
“I am very pleased that we have agreed on a new long-term deal with ZPG. We are keen to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service which includes the best marketing for their homes. We know ZPG well and the combination of their audience, reach and innovative tools make them a great marketing partner and we look forward to further developing the relationship over time.”
