HeadHunter Group, an online job recruitment platform based in Moscow, Russia, recently filed for a $250 million IPO with the SEC. After being founded back in 2000, they acquired $82 million in sales in 2017 alone, and filed privately at the end of the year. Some of the joint bookrunners include Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, VTB Capital, BofA Merrill Lynch and Sberbank are the joint bookrunners on the deal, though no pricing details were disclosed at the time.
