Three portals have announced new partnerships and features at the start of this week. Here's a roundup of them:

OnTheMarket

OnTheMarket has announced a new partnership, hot on the heels of OnTheMarket Software launching last week.

OnTheMarket-owned software platform teclet will now offer a moving and storage service to all tenants, sellers and buyers through new partner AnyVan.

The partnership means OnTheMarket customers will be able to arrange home moves within the UK and abroad with a range of insured services including packing, removals and containerised storage through a nationwide "man in a van" network.

Teclet was rebranded under the OnTheMarket Software banner last week. CEO Alan Blockley said:

"Moving home, whether large or small, local or long distance is a key element in the sales or renting process and we would always suggest engaging professionals to help.

"It can be a serious false economy for someone to hire a van and get friends and family to help. The risks of damages and injury are real, and it can often take several journeys to complete whereas the AnyVan professionals can provide a full ‘turnkey’ service.

“Our partnership with AnyVan provides a full range of services at competitive prices and teclet users and their customers will be able to access them all via our platform, improving service and, in the case of agents, generating additional referral revenues.”

99.co

99.co has launched 99 Smart Video, a property video creation and hosting tool that simplifies the video creation process for agents.

99 Smart Video lets agents create high quality videos without needing expert equipment or video editing skills.

Features include text-to-speech technology for video narration, watermarks, royalty-free background music, and auto captions. The software can also stitch separate videos into one video file, so agents can do multiple takes of rooms in a property tour video.

Wikicasa

Italy-based proptech classified company Wikicasa has launched a new home evaluation feature.

Dubbed "Valuta Casa", the feature is available on Wikicasa's Tempocasa division and gives users an instant price estimate for a specific property after they fill in key details including the property's address and number of rooms.

Pietro Pellizzari, founder and CEO at Wikicasa said:

"We want to enrich the huge database of real estate information that we already have.

"Through open data relating to socio-demographic, economic and environmental aspects, on mobility and viability, we can provide increasingly integrated information on Italian real estate assets."

Wikicasa closed a funding round worth €3m in April this year, with the promise of doubling its headcount by December 2023.
