CASAFARI, a leading data proptech in Europe, has acquired Targomo to boost its position as a data provider for the real estate industry. CASAFARI clients will be able to access in-depth location analysis as well as comprehensive real estate market data.

Berlin-based Targomo will also be integrated into CASAFARI's existing portfolio of solutions, which already includes property search, market analytics, a CRM, and on-demand reports.

50,000 CASAFARI users will get immediate access to Targomo's location analytics and AI-powered sales forecasts, while Targomo will immediately expand its customer base to CASAFARI's core markets in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.

Targomo—which has already raised €10M in Series A funding this year—will continue to operate under its own name and management.

Nils Henning, CEO at CASAFARI, said:

"The real estate industry suffers from a lack of data transparency.Targomo's location intelligence fills this gap.

"CASAFARI clients, real estate agents and investors can generate more business and significantly accelerate transactions by integrating Targomo into CASAFARI's offering."

Henning Hollburg, founder and CEO at Targomo, said:

"Targomo's solutions for data-driven location analytics enable users to make better investment decisions. At the same time, the CASAFARI database shows all real estate listings on the market, including property history.

"Together we'll provide a comprehensive real estate solution."

The last time we covered CASAFARI, the proptech had procured a mandate worth in excess of €100M, as well as a €12.7M Series A funding round.
