Proptech Roundup: OpenBrix, Teclet, Boomin

Lots of news in the proptech sector today. Here is a quick roundup with all you need to know about the most recent integrations within the property portal world. 

OpenBrix

Property portal startup, OpenBrix, in a move to bolster its own services for users, has partnered up with InventoryBase to allow its customer base to book through InventoryBase’s Workstreams product. 

On the partnership, Adam Piggot CEO for OpenBrix, said: 

“The end result is that agents can select InventoryBase for their letting service with ease and without the administrative headache of setting up the inventory compilations, check-ins, check-outs and reporting directly. Yet the agents maintain the control, purchase the product and charge it on to their landlord clients as usual.”

Teclet has entered a partnership with Landmark Estate Agency Services, where the OnTheMarket-owned portal will utilize Landmark’s anti-money laundering compliance and property data solutions with its new CRM platform for sales and letting agents. 

John Evans, teclet Commercial Director, said: 

“Teclet has concentrated on building modular platforms that enhance and automate much of the sales, lettings, and management process. Crucially we work with expert suppliers to integrate ‘best in class’ solutions for the benefit of all stakeholders.”

Boomin

On top of its most recent additions in founder members, Boomin is working on boosting its unique services before its official launch. 

Dezrez, a software provider, has integrated with Boomin will allow a direct link between the two company’s customer base through a Platinum membership status. 

Dezrez CEO Justin Morris said:
