Offerpad has announced a small leadership shakeup with the appointment of a new Chief Growth Officer (David Connelly) and Chief Legal Officer (Ben Aronovitch).

Connelly joins from Citigroup. He has over 30 years of Wall Street finance experience and a background in banking, capital markets, and fixed income. In his new role, he will be in charge of growth initiatives, including “launching new revenue channels, assisting with capital markets opportunities, and helping to lead strategic partnerships” for Offerpad.

Aronovitch comes from Taylor Morrison. Prior to that, he was a corporate attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Before that, he practiced in Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP’s corporate department in both New York and London.

In his new role, Aronovitch will head the company’s legal, compliance, and risk management areas and support the launch of new initiatives for the near future.

Together, the two executives have decades of experience within the real estate industry and experience at other companies including American Express, Coupang, DoorDash, GoDaddy, Morgan Stanley, and Pulte Homes, plus more.

Offerpad Founder and CEO Brian Bair said:

"Their extensive expertise and past experience will help move Offerpad through the next exciting phase of our growth and development. With these two innovative leaders on board, Offerpad will continue to respond to and provide even more new solutions to enhance the changing marketplace and meet all of our customers' real estate needs."
