The UK based listing tech company EyeSpy360 is offering UK agents its virtual tours ‘at cost’ to help them provide enhanced listings for their clients. According to EyeSpy360 founder Andrew Nicholls, his company’s generous offer will not only support the property industry and keep people safe at a tough time but also cut down on carbon emissions as thanks to virtual tours home hunters will have more information before deciding whether they really want to view the property in person.

Tours will cost just £1 per room without any additional charges. The company which has won several notable contracts in the UK and in America, will not be charging for services such as hosting, narration, unlimited views or the £19.99 subscription fee usually charged.

Obviously, at a time when listing tech such as virtual tours are spreading throughout the industry and becoming expected as standard by home hunters, EyeSpy360’s move is not just pure altruism, a fact alluded to by Nicholls in a quote.

“We want to support the property industry this latest lockdown and moving forward too”
