Real estate data management site, Cherre, has just announced it is a Real Estate Tech Awards (RETAS) winner in the data category. The seventh annual award ceremony was presented by CREtech, a data and content platform servicing the commercial proptech sector.

On the award, L.D. Salmanson, CEO and Co-Founder of Cherre said:

"We are excited to be recognized for our work and leadership in helping our customers unlock the value of their data for better investment and underwriting decision making."

This isn’t a first for Cherre when it comes to the RETAS. In fact, the platform has won three years in a row, receiving RETAS in the Information and Intelligence, and AI, Geospatial and Mapping categories.

The RETAS winners are decided by a panel of judges selected for their deep understanding of the proptech industry, including leading venture capitals, angel investors, corporate investors, and other leaders within the commercial proptech sector.
